A few things to know.
Am I paying to read the Bible?
No. The public-domain Scripture library and free reading content remain open. Membership pays for the software around your study: continuity, organization, family preparation, and leader collaboration.
How does the no-card trial work?
Sign in with an email code or sign-in link, then choose when to start seven days. Saving an answer alone does not start the trial. The trial does not create a payment-provider subscription. At the end, your free daily Quick Answer, public reading and existing saved pages remain available.
Can church leaders see my journal?
No. Only leader kits you explicitly publish go into the team library. Your personal questions, journal, reflections, and family profiles stay outside it.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Use Account → Manage billing to cancel a paid membership. Confirmed paid access remains through its period. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment to request a refund. Read the Refund and cancellation policy for details and your consumer rights.
What happened to Ministry?
New memberships use Group Leader for individual preparation and Church Team for shared work. Existing Ministry accounts and their saved resources are preserved; contact support before changing an existing subscription.
